Work environment
Our offices are in California (San Francisco and Davis) and in Oregon (Portland). We perform projects in a variety of industries. Currently our larger projects are in the pharmaceutical and distribution industries. Our smaller projects are in areas as diverse as independent film festivals and on-line mortgage sites.
Assignments and Projects
At Organon, we do not hire positions: we hire people. Although all of our staff are experienced programmers, they also bring expertise from other industries and educational backgrounds as well. In addition, all of our staff must have a professional appearance and demeanor, the ability to make and meet commitments, and a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
You will be expected to work independently, and to manage your own projects. You will have access to other Organon staff who are subject-matter experts, as well as an extensive library of reference materials.
At Organon, we pride ourselves not only in being excellent programmers and analysts, but in being client service experts as well. We expect all of our staff to communicate effectively with clients throughout a project, and to actively look for areas where Organon can offer additional value.
